JAPANESE CRAFT AESTHETICS This outdoor knife is forged from D2 tool steel, a high carbon steel and moderate chrome content. This gives the double knife a high degree of hardness and sharpness. Thanks to the optimised Japanese heat treatment process and precise low temperature hardening, the blade lines are smoother and more elegant. The streamlined blade also cuts with less effort and smoother. Precision meets robustness: this double knife combines the features of a tanto knife and hunting knife. The robust tantom knives are suitable for precision work and powerful piercing, while the powerful hunting knives are ideal for handling prey and cutting ropes. This survival knife meets the different requirements of outdoor activities such as camping, bushcraft or hunting. FINELY CARVED WOODEN HANDLE The full tang handle is made of solid walnut wood. Patterns inspired by traditional Japanese carving techniques are wrapped around the handles of the double knives. The pattern on the handle is not only lifelike and pleasing to the eye, but also increases the friction of the grip. This minimises the risk of the knife loosening and improves precision in the handling of the survival knife. Compact and easy to carry: the two Japanese outdoor knives can be stored inside each other to save space – after combination, only palm-sized. So the set fits easily in any backpack or jacket pocket. Minimal space requirements, maximum uses!
