The magnification adjustment ring has been significantly changed in design and now offers more grip thanks to its coarser structure. The 4 band is significantly thinner and frees up more space in the centre. The distance adjustment is made of metal, is clearer and has double turn and zerostop. Generation III is characterised by a new design and improved workmanship and a robust, waterproof and hard reset speed setting. This has a stop for quick and accurate zero point adjustment of the ASV, height adjustment over long distances and a double scale with double rotation in the lateral adjustment to take into account wind speed and movement.
