Effective workout: This redesigned rowing machine allows you to have an effective full body workout in your own home at any time. The resistance can be regulated in 8 levels, so that you can increase the resistance as you improve and progress during training. Choose between the black or white design and get started! Fluid rowing stroke. The high flywheel mass (approx. 8 kg) and the maintenance-free magnetic braking system allow for a super fluid and even rowing stroke for a realistic training experience. Experience the difference. Quiet training: When rowing, you can easily watch TV and the neighbours will not complain because the rowing machine is completely quiet. All components are precisely mounted so that nothing squeaks or rattles. Comfortable and safe: the rowing seat with wheels glides gently on a high-quality aluminium rail, designed for people with a height of up to 2 metres. The generous footrests are non-slip and equipped with safety straps. Connect a chest strap (5 kHz) to the device to track your pulse at all times Space-saving and easy to store. The dimensions are approx. 205 x 48 x 73 cm (L x W x H). When folded, the device measures approx. 121 x 48 x 144.5 cm), and can be easily rolled away and stored. This means that the device disappears out of sight after training, but can be reassembled very quickly. For 20 years, SportPlus has produced high-quality and durable sports equipment.
