Preheated gas oven 220 °C. Cooking time 8-9 minutes. Warnings: The hot air oven is not suitable for cooking Cuor di Ciobar. If the oven cooks a lot from below, place a sheet of aluminium foil on the plate of the oven at the beginning of cooking. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator half an hour before use. Preheat oven and baking tray 1 preparation - grease and flour moulds - add mass to a bowl, add eggs and stir with the hand mixer for 1 minute at medium speed (or whisk 2 minutes with the hand stirrer). Dough in the 4 moulds – the liquid heart is obtained directly by baking the dough. 2 baking. Bake the sweets on the preheated oven plate on the middle rail of the electric oven (high rail for the gas oven) for 8 minutes. Do not open when cooking. If the surface is damp at the end of cooking, continue cooking for 1 minute - After cooking, remove the cuor di ciobar from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes on a rack or serving plate - remove the cuor di ciobar toss onto a dessert plate - decorate the cuor di ciobar with the icing sugar included in the package. iobar should be hot or lukewarm to keep the heart liquid.
