Weight: approx. 2 grams per pod Full traceability: Each pack has a batch number and a DLUO (deadline for optimal use). The preparation, maturation and packaging are certified and have received the HACCP label from SGS (see photo). HACCP covers the 3 classes of food hygiene hazards: biological hazards (viruses, bacteria, etc.), chemical hazards (pesticides, additives, etc.) and physical hazards (wood, glass, etc.). Grandes Îles guarantees you the best possible quality Fresh, soft, unsplit pod of Gourmet Selection premium quality with a moisture content of over 31% and a vanilla content of approx. 1.7% Laboratory analysis is possible (see photo). Practical packaging: the pods are protected under vacuum in a food-safe bag. The bag is designed to be lightweight and airtight, and is resealable for easy use. Finally, it is sealed by us to ensure optimal freshness and safety. We are a member of the program The Green Dot Commerce raisonné: for every purchased lot we donate 1 € to the Help Mada association, which deals with education and health in the Sava region in Madagascar We are also proud of our HACCP certification, which guarantees that the preparation, refinement and packaging of the pods is done with the utmost respect for the product and the consumer!
