High thermal conductivity uniform heating: the powerful 24v 48w ceramic heating rod can improve heating efficiency/more uniform heating/faster heat transfer. Built from high-quality metal, this u1 hotend ensures stable extrusion,excellent thermal conductivity, and leak prevention. The integrated design supports high-speed, multi-colour printing and plug-and-play installation High-performance hot end kit configuration: the included silicone sleeve is heat-resistant, ensuring a stable and consistent temperature during the printing process; the pre-installed hardened steel nozzle is heat-resistant and wear-resistant, allowing for smooth filament extrusion. Heatbreak is made of titanium alloy, offering excellent heat dissipation. It more effectively blocks heat transfer from the nozzle upward, significantly reducing the risk of printhead clogging. The nozzle is integrated into the heatblock and connect seamlessly to the heatsink for best performanoe.The nozzle tip is made of hardened steel and enhanced with nano-coating technology, delivering exceptional wear resistance.
