WARRANTY:
- All goods purchased at Anete.lv come with a manufacturer's warranty.
- The manufacturer's warranty period varies and can be up to five years.
- For information on the manufacturer's warranty period for a specific product, please refer to the product description.
- If the manufacturer has given a guarantee period of less than two years for a product, the consumer has the right to bring an action within two years from the date of purchase for failure to comply with the terms of the contract.
- The right to make a claim applies if the product was used only in the circumstances intended and only in the household.
- Legal entities other than the Consumer are only covered for the warranty period specified by the Manufacturer.
- Please note that the manufacturer's warranty is valid if the buyer can provide:
- proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note)
- the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (if the manufacturer or distributor has included one).
- you can find information about the manufacturer's certified service centres on the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card, by calling the manufacturer's representative or the distributor indicated on the product packaging;
- Please note that the warranty does not apply to accessories (e.g. accessories), power supplies (e.g. batteries, accumulators), accessories with a limited lifetime (e.g. fuses, headphones, microphones).
- The manufacturer's warranty shall not apply to damage caused by the fault of the purchaser or the user, which is:
- the product has damage to warranty seals, serial numbers;
- the product has not been used for its intended purpose and has not been operated in the manner specified in the instructions for use;
- scratches, broken structures, cracked screens, water poured in the wrong places, improper care, unauthorised objects found in the product, insects inside the product or other signs of improper use;
- if the damage is caused by the supply voltage, telecommunications, cable networks not meeting the manufacturer's standards, rapid temperature fluctuations, other household and external factors such as soot, smoke, dust, humidity, shocks, scratches;
- if the product shows signs of unqualified repair or mechanical damage;
- in cases of natural deterioration.
- if non-standard power supplies, accessories, spare parts and consumables (e.g. cartridges, toners, etc.) not certified by the manufacturer for use with the product have been used for the product and this has caused damage to the product;
- additional equipment is excluded - plastic parts, lamps, bulbs, wires, motors, consumables, accessory kits (accessories) and power supply elements, as well as lamps, batteries, accumulators, fuses and other parts and accessories of the Goods which have a limited service life, if such replacement is required by design and does not involve the disassembly of the Goods);
- where changes have been discovered in the design or diagram of the product which differ from those specified by the manufacturer,
- if the buyer has used the goods for industrial or professional purposes (if the goods are not intended for such purposes)
- the warranty is void if the damage is the result of incorrect transport;
- design elements are not covered;
- if the Buyer cannot produce a duly preserved and valid receipt, delivery note or duly completed guarantee voucher, the guarantee obligation shall be cancelled.
- If the goods are damaged, the buyer has the following options:
- the fastest way to repair the fault - go to the service centre indicated on the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card with proof of purchase and the warranty card;
- visit our office at 81 Aleksandra Čaka Street, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia, on working days from 10.00 to 14.00 (with proof of purchase and warranty voucher);
- for advice by email or phone +371 2001 3727.
- In the event that the warranty service is not valid and the buyer refuses the paid repairs, the buyer shall bear the cost of diagnosis and the buyer shall receive a report from the Service Centre on the damage found. If the buyer agrees to the chargeable repair, the diagnostic costs shall not be borne.
