Die geschmiedete 25 cm lange Messerklinge von Giesser, besteht aus Chrom-Molybdän-Vadium (X55CrMoV15 -besonders hohen Kohlenstoffgehalt). Das Ergbnis ist eine extreme Schärfe, außergewöhnlich lange Schnitthaltigkeit und völlige Rostbeständigkeit Der Griff ist aus hochwertigem Olivenholz. Die besonders schöne Maserung fühlt sich angenehm an, ist extrem hart und feuchtigkeitsabweisend. Das Holz ist nach FSC zertifiziert - Umweltbewusste Herstellung (ACHTUNG: Nicht in die Spülmaschine) Das Kochmesser der BestCut Serie ist ein Meisterstück. Es ist das Chefmesser in der Küchen und verrichtet universelle Arbeiten. Schneiden, Wiegen, Hacken von Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch werden mit dem Profi Messer zu einem einzigartigem Erlebnis Die aus einem Stück geschmiedete Klinge wird mit Hilfe einer optimierten Wärmebehandlung im Vakuum-Kammerverfahren auf 56-57 HRC gehärtet. Endschliff und Abzug erfolgt von Meisterhand und garantiert perfektes und müheloses Schneiden Das Meisterstück von Giesser - die BestCut Serie.
