Delivery Information
~ For delivery abroad, terms, prices and delivery methods are determined individually. ~
The online shop makes shopping easy and convenient - place your order, choose your preferred payment and delivery method and receive your new purchase as quickly as possible. We offer you the possibility to pick up your goods at our office, have them delivered to your desired address, or pick them up at one of our delivery points.
Pick up at Anete.lv in Riga. (Only for prepaid items) The ordered goods can be picked up at our warehouse at 81 Aleksandra Čaka Street, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia, every working day from 10:00 - 17:30 and within 180 days from the moment the parcel is ready for delivery. You can also collect goods purchased on lease.
Pick up at an Omniva and DPD parcel office. It is only possible to collect the goods at an Omniva parcel office if you make a prepayment. After confirming your order, please choose the nearest parcel office. After delivery to your parcel machine, you will receive a parcel opening code by text message to the phone number provided. The parcel will be stored for 7 days. If you do not collect the parcel before the end of the storage period, it will be returned to the sender and stored in our central warehouse (depending on the type, dimensions and duration of storage, additional storage costs may apply).
Delivery to your address by courier service. To enable the courier to deliver your parcel, please include your telephone number when placing your order. The courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
IMPORTANT - Courier services deliver parcels only to your address. If you need the goods delivered to your apartment, the service costs +15 EUR on top of the standard delivery price!
* For bulky and non-standard sized items, the range of delivery methods may be limited (e.g. tyres not sent to parcel machines) and delivery costs may vary (e.g. industrial tyres) - this information can be clarified for each item by contacting us.
Important!
~ In the case of leasing, the documents can only be signed by the lease applicant upon presentation of an identity document (ID or passport) and a copy thereof to the courier or at the Post Office.
Upon receipt of the goods, before signing the delivery note, the buyer is obliged to visually assess the outer packaging of the goods in the presence of the courier for any visual defects in the packaging or the goods. If defects are found, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept the goods and to inform the seller immediately so that the defective goods can be replaced as soon as possible - return form.
~ Delivery of our products can take up to two weeks, depending on stock availability - one of our managers will contact you when you place your order and inform you about the exact delivery time (90% of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days)
~ If you choose courier delivery, the goods are delivered only to the front door of the building. Therefore, please make your own arrangements for further delivery (e.g. taking the goods to your apartment).
