Bestehend aus einem Becken Ø 24 cm (Fassungsvermögen 2,8 l) aus Edelstahl 18/10, für Festigkeit, Widerstandsfähigkeit und Rostschutz. Sie verfügt über einen verkapselten Thermoboden für eine optimale Wärmeverteilung. Korb aus verzinntem Stahl mit Netzen und seitlichen Griffen: Der Korb taucht direkt in das Frittieröl in der unteren Position und ermöglicht das Abtropfen der Frittiere, ohne Kontakt mit dem Öl, in hoher Position.
