GLÜHWEIN is a drink made from hot red wine with sugar and spices, which is mainly drunk in winter, especially during Advent and Christmas parties. It is a very aromatic preparation with a sweet and spicy taste known for its invigorating effect. Preparation: put 1 litre of red wine in a saucepan and add the entire contents of the glass. Slowly bring to a boil, turn off the stove and let steep for 15 minutes.
