Boil 120 ml of whole milk and 60 ml of water and pour evenly. Leave to soak briefly and finely mash or puree with a fork. Stir, let cool to 37°C - done. Safety Warning Please do not let your child nibble unattended and do not put the rusks lying down so that they do not swallow. Please follow the preparation instructions when making the baby porridge. The right dosage ratio always gives your baby the nutrients they need. Always prepare the food fresh and do not use the remaining quantities again. The rusk contains carbohydrates like all cereal products. Continuous contact with carbohydrate-containing food can lead to tooth damage (caries), so make sure that your child has sufficient oral hygiene.
