Carbon handlebar has a torque value of 4 Nm and a maximum torque of 5 Nm. Simply tighten the handlebar gradually alternately. Tighten until the flat handlebar stops moving, then a little more. You can also apply carbon fibre mounting paste to the MTB handlebars to ensure a tight fit with low risk of slipping. 5. CHOOSE SIZE:The width of the mountain handlebar doesn't really correlate with the size of the wheels, but it depends on your riding style and the type of terrain you usually ride on: wide handlebars make sense on a heavy, fast-riding bike like an enduro bike.
