EASY ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY Simply attach the chair back to the base and install 4 wheels. Then inflate the ball with the included inflation pump and attach it to the chair. The Pilates ball and base are not connected and can be disassembled for exercises where only the ball is used. INFLATION INSTRUCTIONS You may need to inflate the ball again after the first inflation so that the material of the ball can stretch to its final size. Inflate the ball with air, let it rest for 24 hours, release the air to 50% and then inflate it back to a height of 55 cm.
