The Train Hard F09750 half cage is made entirely of powder-coated steel with 2 mm thickness, and is very robust. This material thickness is usually used in professional studio equipment. All files and frames have 60 x 60 mm profile and extra large feet, ensure a secure and stable stand on the floor. Thanks to max. Load capacity of 350 kg can be trained with high weights. As a holder for barbell, the Powerrack contains 2 hooks, also known as J-hooks or J-cups, and 2 emergency shelves, so-called Safty spotter, each with 350 kg load capacity. The hooks and tray can be repositioned and securely anchored with a simple handle. A robust 10 mm thick plastic pad protects the barbell bar and reduces noise on impact of the dumbbell. An integrated training allows variety during training and provides additional stability. For order after training, 2 weight plate holders on which weight plates with 30 mm or Olympia weight plates with 50 mm hole diameter can be conveniently stored. The steel cables and wheels ensure smooth training. The two handles of the cable pull are horizontally rotatable, 5-fold length and height adjustable. The built-in lat pull tower with high lat pull and low rowing system as well as 2 lat pull and biceps/triceps bars is ideal for training the entire upper body muscles. The 16.5 cm long shelf for weight plates can hold up to 120 kg. Integrated barbell bar and 50 mm weight plate holder. The lightweight and quiet running linear bearing guide ensures a quiet and even movement. Train Hard is a registered German brand.
