R8 SPECTRE – a power rack with integrated Smith machine and optional lat/rowing unit, either plated loaded or with plug-in weights. In the medium version offered here, SPECTRE with 93 cm depth (+61 cm for the safety spotter) offers you plenty of space inside the cage for exercises on the Smith Machine or free barbell, while at the same time moderate space requirements of the entire device. The barbell of the Smith Machine is made of solid metal and has a weight of 19 kg, so feels like an Olympic barbell. Here you can train many muscle groups without the need for a free barbell. The multi-press is ideal for exercises such as incline bench press or shoulder press, as the rotator cuff is less loaded than on a free barbell. On the 13 hook pin, you can safely place the guided barbell at any time in case of loss of strength and even drop it on the height-adjustable and spring-loaded drop-down safetys in an emergency. The Smith Machine is linear ball bearings, which ensures smooth running and is of the highest quality level in the fitness area. J-hooks and 61 cm long safety spotter arms are available for countless free weight exercises such as squats, bench presses and incline bench press, bent rowing or shoulder presses. A monkey bar for pull-ups or calisthenics exercises is also available. Due to the R8 typical 75 x 75 mm steel tube profile with 3 mm material thickness, Spectre is stable and safe at all times, even when training with heavy weights or dynamic exercises. The optional lat pull attachment comes with a rowing/curl handle, a wide lat pull handle and a leg blocker for maximum stability during your training. Because the more stable your setup, the more efficient you can train.
