Description

Suitable for 30 mm and 50 mm weight plates: the landmine is attached to the bottom of your R7 rack and is not perceived as disturbing due to its compactness. Its two rod holders have an inner diameter of 32 or 52 mm and a length of 24 cm. One of the two ends is fixed in the rotation trainer and therefore immovable. The other end can then be used for partially guided movements, such as T-bar rowing or shoulder presses. Rotating exercises for the core are also possible with this small attachment. Due to the fixation, explosive exercises such as one-arm Clean&Jerks can also be performed particularly safely, as slipping of the bar is excluded. If necessary, a second landmine can be purchased and thus run bilateral exercises. There is also the possibility to purchase suitable handles for the freely movable end of the dumbbell bar, which have different widths and angles. › See more product details
