They are made in the style of the Mino-Yaki, which was developed more than 1300 years ago. Mino-Yaki is a protected traditional craft from Gifu Prefecture, characterized by the innovative use of glaze and its unusual shapes and colours that create different patterns, making each product unique. Application: 1) Place a paper filter in the coffee dripper. 2) Add about 10 g ground coffee and let it rise. This means: pour enough hot water until the coffee is completely absorbed, about 30 seconds. 3) Slowly pour 120 ml of hot water in a spiral from the centre to the outer rim until the coffee sinks. Wait until the coffee is ready. 4) Repeat the process 2 to 3 times. It takes about 2-3 minutes in total. 5) Enjoy your fresh coffee!
