RILETTES: Rilettes are a French classic and traditionally a pate. The fish rilettes from Groix et Nature consist of a high proportion of fish. Salmon: The salmon rillettes with vegetables from Groix & Nature are finely salted and baked in the oven with spices. This brings out your own aromas and excellent taste. Refined with a little cream, water and olive oil, vegetables, spices and a touch of mustard. Fine taste: this spread delights the hearts of gourmets on a crispy baked warm baguette, along with a glass of white wine or champagne.
