Description

PET filament filled carbon fibre: 15% carbon fibre is combined with 85% PET to form a strong filament that has low moisture absorption, high strength, creep resistance, excellent chemical resistance and high heat resistance. Carbon fibre PET filament has a higher stiffness and strength than normal PETG filament. Carbon fibre filament, free from confusion: full mechanical winding and strict manual testing ensure tangle-free and avoid filament breakage and tearing. It is no warping and no shrinkage and no smell, no heating chamber are required during the printing process. Vacuum aluminium foil sealing and moisture-free: QIDI TECH PET carbon fibre 3D printing filament is vacuum sealed with desiccant packed in an aluminium foil to effectively protect the filament from moisture, which allows smoother and more stable printing. Please remember to put it back in the bag in time after use to get excellent printing performance. Excellent mechanical properties: QIDI carbon fibre filament 1.75 mm is an improved composite carbon fibre PET material, developed with the latest formula. The intelligent fibre reinforced technology significantly improves the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the material and releases the internal tension during the printing process through the fiber mesh structure, which leads to good dimensional stability of the printed part and no warping. Tips for printing: compatible with most FDM 3D printers that use 1.75 mm filament. Recommended extrusion/nozzle temperature: 280°C - 320°C, Bed temperature: 70°C - 80°C, Fan speed: Off, Print speed: 40-200mm/s. Due to its unique property of abrasiveness, we recommend using a hardened steel nozzle with a diameter of 0.6 mm or more instead of brass nozzles and cleaning the nozzles between multiple prints. › See more product details
