For Bratprofi, only first-class rapeseed cores are gently cold pressed and gently steamed. This gives it its extra mild taste so that the food is optimally displayed. A particularly heat-resistant rapeseed variety is the basis for this frying oil. This comes from controlled contract cultivation in Germany.
