It is very easy to work with and impresses with a full-bodied, chocolaty taste. Perfect for decorating and glazing cookies, pastries and cakes. In a practical 200 g cup, the glaze can be easily prepared in a water bath or in the microwave. The glaze is gluten-free and without hardened fats. Ingredients Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fats (palm, coconut, shea), low-fat cocoa powder (20%), lactose, emulsifier lecithin. May contain traces of peels and milk protein. Directions Preparation: Preparation in a water bath: put the required amount of glaze in a cup or glass bowl, chop a little and dissolve in a water bath. Apply the liquid glaze with spoon or brush. The glaze can also be heated directly in the cup. Please note: water must not get into the glaze. Microwave preparation: remove the lid and place the cup in the microwave. At low power level (approx. 240 watts/see also instructions of the device manufacturer) until the glaze has liquefied (depending on the device approx. 3 minutes). Stir in between. Note: Too high wattage and heating too long can lead to a quality impairment of the product.
