Double-sided textured black PEI printing plate: IdeaFormer uses the black textured coating PEI, the adhesion is stronger than a golden PEI coating. It can give the underside of the prints a texture and thus improve their overall appearance. High temperature resistance: the textured black surface of the PEI printing plate is resistant to high temperatures of 300 °C and can be compatible with filaments such as PLA/PLA+/PETG/ABS/TPU/Nylon/PC/PA/ASA/PVA etc. Excellent adhesion: To achieve good adhesion, clean the surface of the plate with alcohol or a detergent before each pressure. Because dirt and oil can reduce pressure adhesion and affect the clarity of holographic patterns. Effortless removal: PEI spring steel plate is flexible as it can withstand the numerous heat cycles that a 3D print bed goes through from pressure to pressure. After completing the printing process, wait until the printing plate and the print have cooled. Then bend the blade and you can easily remove the model.
