Creaiilty Ender 5 Plus Flexible Build Plate Top Plate: this part only includes removable print bed, do not come with the matching magnettic base, then you can use your bearing pad to keep the plate in place on the bed of the 3D printer, no need for an ever-growing collection and reduce costs. PEY+PEI Dual Sides Hotbed: the PEY shows heavenly star patterns, the print surface becomes dazzling, so that even plain materials show a colourful and enchanting effect. The PEY supports temperatures up to 180°C/356℉. The PEI powder coating provides a delicate, matte texture and is heat resistant up to 200°C/392℉. Both sides are compatible with a wide range of consumables such as PLA, PETG, ABS, WOOD, etc 3. Great adhesion of the first layer: A suitable Z value is VERY important if too low, filament build-up or no 3D printing material extrusion, easily scratch the bed surface either. If the value is too high, the pressure releases from the building plate and messes everything up. Turn off the cooling fan and slow down the printing speed. 10-25 mm/s is necessary for the first layers of a 3D printing project 4. Strong adhesion: take a 0.4 mm thick stainless steel plate, which is resistant to deformation and rust, use a new technology to well stick the thick PEY film and our proprietary high-adhesion PEI formula.
