Made from a special high temperature copper alloy with a softening point of well over 500 C and with significantly increased thermal conductivity, these copper nozzles are perfect for high temperature applications and work perfectly with everyday filaments such as PLA, ABS and spoolWorks EDGE. 2. These plated copper nozzles and plated copper heat blocks are very temperature resistant and only start to soften or glow well above 500 °C, making them perfect for high temperature 3D printing that other nozzles cannot handle. (but is especially important at temperatures above 300 C where no silicone sock can be used.) 3. The hotend is mainly made of plated copper material, which has the advantage of faster heating and better heat dissipation standard all-metal kit, with overall high temperature resistance up to 500°. 4.
