Cast aluminium: set of pots, made from one piece of cast aluminium. They offer an elegant design with excellent build quality, are lightweight but highly resistant to abrasion and scratches, so you can use them in perfect condition for many years. Non-stick coating Ilag Granitec: The set is equipped with the non-stick coating Granitec Ceramic by Ilag, a Swiss brand specialising in high-quality non-stick coatings. Their controlled manufacturing process results in a 4-layer non-stick coating with ceramic reinforcement that provides excellent resistance to scratches and abrasions. Ideal for everyday and intensive use, in addition to the granite effect that offers a special design. HEALTHY COOKING WITHOUT PFOA: The non-stick coating of our pots, which is free of PFOA, does not emit toxic substances and does not change the taste of the food. It allows you to cook with a minimum amount of oil or fat without the food sticking, allowing for healthier and lower calorie preparation. Induction: they heat up quickly, have a thick surface that facilitates heat retention. Its multi-layer induction base distributes heat evenly, which facilitates efficient and perfect preparation even at medium outputs, shortens overall cooking time, saves energy and money. Suitable for all hobs: the pots can be used on all types of hobs: glass ceramic, electric, gas, induction cookers, even in the oven. They can be permanently heated up to 230°C and briefly up to 250°C. Use only nylon or wooden utensils so as not to damage the surfaces. They are dishwasher safe, but it is recommended to clean them by hand with liquid soap and sponge to preserve their properties longer. Glass lid: each pot is equipped with a tempered glass lid with steam valve and stainless steel rim and handle. They save time and energy when cooking as they help maintain temperature. In addition, they facilitate the preservation of the nutrients of the food, as the steam does not escape and is boiled with less water. SILICONE GLOVES: The set includes a pair of silicone handles that provide maximum heat protection when touching or moving the pots while cooking. Their non-slip design ensures a firm grip of the pots and prevents burns. They can be used for both the right and left hand, are easy to install and provide comfort and safety in the kitchen.
