No drilling, no trace: this is not one of these pull-up bars with a round or hexagonal non-slip mat. It is supported by 2 enlarged 16.5 x 4.5 cm PVC mats to ensure enough friction for long-lasting use. This Sportneer door training bar has passed a number of research and development tests and is certified safer and stronger than other similar devices. Easy installation: installation is very simple. Detailed instructions, 5 arrow directions on the surface and spirit levels at both ends ensure easy installation. All you need to do is adjust the length and height you want, and you're ready to go! Please make sure your door or wall is stable enough for installation. Ceramic tiles, glass or non-solid structures are not ideal surfaces for installing the fitness bar. Extendable structure: this stretching bar is different from the 2-piece foam poles on the market. It is equipped with an ultra-long, integrated, non-slip cotton handle that supports a flexible grip.
