In collaboration with the DAV, we have developed the Mountain Bivy as a reliable emergency shelter for two people. The lightweight two-person bivouac bag fits perfectly into the area of the avalanche shovel stored in the backpack thanks to its pack size, which is similar to a DIN A4 sheet. In the summit rest or weather changes, it keeps out wind and weather as an emergency hut; the zip on the top serves as a view and ventilation opening. Thanks to the guy loops, it can also be used as a tarp shelter. In case of emergencies, it protects injured persons from cooling and can be used for temporary injury transport. The waterproof and non-breathable material for stability and weight is also equipped with Eco Finish PFC-free, water and dirt repellent.
