All products impress with excellent workmanship, selected material and the consistent use of sustainable raw materials. The sledges are manufactured with care and 25 years of experience in the production of high-quality sledge and accessories. Carefully selected woods without colour deviations are used (beech natural lacquered, 100% FSC wood from renewable forests) with profiled and powder-coated smooth-running steel runners for optimal running in the snow and seat with solid wood strips. Only galvanised screws are used. The horn sledge is produced in Europe and is TÜV/GS tested. Sledge load: • Dynamic load - load that the sleds can withstand even in the most extreme cases. The TÜV test consists in dropping a bag of sand from a height of 0.5 m five times on a sledge. This test simulates a jump of the sledge over a hump at a very high driving speed. • Static load - load stated by most manufacturers as the strength of the sled. This is the strength guaranteed when driving quietly over a smooth slope with low slope inclination.
