The process of developing a helmet insert with variable EPS foam density to better manage the transfer of energy after a few impacts. Flex Spherical + MIPS and Wrapped Chin Bar - Flex Spherical improves our ability to treat high speed impact, low speed impact and rotation. Consider it as comprehensive protection, with the added bonus that you can design better helmet ventilation. A removable chin guard designed for trail riding. No tools required. Warning: all chin bars have limits, and serious injuries or death may occur.
