Sharpening : finishing stone (#3000 - #8000) [How to use SHAR methods] Pen stone] 1 Soften the whetstone before use approx. 3 minutes in water. 2. Please stabilize the whetstone. The knife blade should be held at an angle of 15-20 on the whetstone. 3. Blade Type: Single edge knife should be sharpened 90% on the surface and 10% sharpened on the back. Double-edged knife double-edged knife should be sharpened evenly on both sides. 4. After sharpening, slightly sharpen the back of the knife about a few times to remove the burrs. Maintenance: The whetstone is dented from time to time, so it is necessary to maintain it with waterproof paper or sandpaper. After using the whetstone, wash it with water and dry it in the shaded area.
