Description

Brand commitment: the electrically adjustable slatted frame is the leading reference in the field of electrically adjustable beds. After several years of perfection, we have developed a high-quality adjustable slatted base. We attach great importance to adhering to minimum quality standards, and that is our promise. Our adjustable bed, the Home Silver, offers the user an unprecedented user experience. Small details overlooked by others contribute to the overall appreciation of product quality. Resistance and robustness: Starting with its cold-rolled steel frame, this care bed offers high strength and robustness due to its above-average thickness. The painting process subjects the tube to an automatic pre-wash process with water and sandblasting that removes impurities and opens the pores to prepare the adjustable bed for an epoxy coating that ensures a polished, durable and resistant finish. Safe and stable: it has two steel tubes that connect the frame from one side to the other and act as stabilisers. The legs are attached to these tubes very easily with the tool provided, which centres the support point and doubles the strength of the bed. For added safety and to prevent accidents, the corners of the lower part are rounded and the legs are moved further inwards. Durable and low noise: the first point of attack of the joints consists of a solid steel bushing, which can bear a high weight and prevents bending due to the lever effect. Each joint joint is equipped with nylon washers instead of metal, avoiding any noise. The hospital bed has a very easy to install metal arch in the foot area and an anti-displacement system. In addition, 4 unbreakable metal arches are also included to prevent the mattress from slipping or falling out. Quality and comfort: the lying surface of the electrically adjustable slatted frame consists of very robust wooden slats with a careful surface treatment and rests on supports made of Hytrel, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer with high strength and good restoring force that ages well over time. This allows cushioning that gives any adjustable mattress used a level of comfort.
