Description

1. This is a must replacement metal heating bed cover for your FDM DIY project, this kit does not include magnetic stickers, only a building plate with 430 x 430 mm / 16.93 x 16.93 inches. This kits is compatible with Auycubi Kobra 2 Max, Elego Neptune 4 Max, Creality CR-6 Max and other same size 3D printers. 2. The double-sided textured PEI and PET platform is designed for easy replacement. If one side is worn or damaged, simply flip it over and use the other side to extend the life of the platform. The PET surface can withstand temperatures of up to 100°C/212°F and the PEI surface up to 190°C/374℉. However, make sure that the heating nozzle does not touch the surface, as this may damage the surface. 3. Excellent flatness, ensures high flatness on the bottom of the print and ensures that the model adheres firmly to the surface of the printing platform. Pressure takes 0.4 mm thick stainless steel plate. After printing, it is recommended to cool the printing plate to room temperature to avoid damage to the coating, and the print can be easily removed from the platform by bending the printing plate slightly. No sticking, warping or peeling when printing. 4. Suitable for a wide range of consumables, reference bed temperature: PLA(50-65°C), PETG(70-80), TPU(60-70), ABS(90-100, recommended on the gold side). The textured PEI side is more compatible with ABS. Note: Please do not hold the nozzle directly to avoid scratches or permeation. Reliable adhesion: adjust your Z-offset a little, try to adjust the nozzle and/or bed temperature. 5. Easy to use and maintain, if the powder surface does not have enough adhesion, the surface can be easily sanded with the included sandpaper to increase adhesion. How do you clean two surfaces?
