Overview of Neptune 3 Pro: The standard print size of 225 x 225 x 280 mm can meet the requirements of most users. With an STM32 motherboard, all axes of the ELEGOO Neptune 3 Pro are powered by quiet stepper motors to allow quieter and more precise movement during printing, reducing noise to only 47-48dB. The easy-to-set up printer comes with pre-assembled main components and a complete tool kit. Direct extruder with two gears: the extruder with direct drive and two gears is made of high-quality SUS303 stainless steel with a reduction ratio of 3:1 and a stronger extrusion force for a more uniform filament supply and a more stable and precise pressure, which significantly reduces the nozzle clogging and underextrusion problems, the pressure effect is better as the Bowden and Bowden Extruder Compatible with multiple filaments such as PLA, TPU, PETG and ABS. Nozzle set for better pressure effect: the nozzle set contains a TC4 titanium alloy neck tube, a flat heat sink structure made of aluminium alloy and a brass nozzle. The widened aluminium heat sink combined with the close-fitting, efficient cooling fan on the front ensures better heat dissipation and lowers the temperature of the neck tube. Fans on both sides of the print head ensure omnidirectional and fast cooling of printed layers. Smarter printing experience: the automatic mesh bed levelling uses a non-contact, high-precision sensor to automatically scan 36 (6 x 6) points of the breeding bed and collect data in real time. Then the height of the Z axis is adjusted to compensate for any irregularities of the printing platform (applies only to metal printing platforms). It also has the functions of intelligent fan control and intelligent resume pressure. More stable printing: the Z-axis with two synchronised lead screws and a double motor drive ensures a more stable movement of the print head and higher printing accuracy and avoids pressure deviations caused by a single Z-axis lead screw motor. The 4-wheel pulley with V guide rail is made of POM with more stable movement, low noise level, wear resistance and longer service life. › See more product details
