Quad gantry auto leveling: the entire portal system can be easily leveled with 4 independent Z motors. This process, known as quad gantry leveling (QGL), improves printer accuracy and reduces the possibility of printing errors. It can also detect and compensate for wear or damage. Say goodbye to the hassle of manual leveling. SV08 has a pressure sensor that automatically adjusts the distance between the nozzle and the build plate, ensuring the optimal print quality of the first layer immediately after a quick test print. Large print volume: Despite an aluminium construction, the SV08 with 350x350x345 mm offers enough space to print even larger objects. Camera monitoring: Built-in camera allows you to monitor printing processes remotely via the Sovol app. In addition, it allows time-lapse recordings to be captured so that the printing process can be closely observed and documented, providing convenience and insight into the printing experience. Simply connect SV08 to your LAN via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet port for convenient interaction with your printers and gain access to a range of features. Open software: As an open source printer, the SV08 can use OrcaSlicer 3D printing software, which offers arc adjustment, variable line width and spiral rise. It also includes intelligent cooling, overhang speed reduction, and segmented retraction. The software optimizes nozzle paths for faster printing and features an easy-to-use, categorized interface with clear content for easy operation. As an open source slicer, it supports configurations for different printer brands. FAST FILAMENT COOLING SV08 is equipped with a 5020 fan (10000rpm) and a 3010 fan (15000rpm) to ensure the cooling of the filament. The airflow optimised by the air duct blows onto the filament from three sides and ensures that it remains sufficiently cooled even with fast printing. This also helps to improve overall print quality by reducing deformation and improving overhangs. Refine details with clipper: SV08 uses the clipper firmware to elevate print speed and accuracy to next-generation standards.
