Product description Made from a medium-weight 50% cotton and 50% linen fibre, our medium Kung Fu & Tai Chi shirt can be used all year round, both indoors and outdoors. Cooling in summer and warm enough in winter, the unisex model suitable for men and women alike is very comfortable to wear. This tai chi shirt has an overlapping diagonal collar and is closed via three snaps and three side loops. The top falls down to the thigh in this cut. A hidden pocket is located on the right front. Two panels are traditionally attached to the side. These represent two swords and represent the wearer's struggle against the two greatest dragons of the Daoist Five Elements doctrine: the ego and nature needs. The sleeves are equipped with cuffs, are closed via two loops and end at the wrists, ensuring optimal freedom of movement. With the identical trousers, the shirt can be combined into a uniform Tai Chi suit. Linen is more stable compared to cotton and keeps the body significantly warmer. The fibres are smooth, making it dirt-repellent, naturally bacteriostatic and almost anti-static. The property of absorbing up to 35% humidity and releasing it to the environment, gives the linen fibre the pleasantly cooling effect during hard training. Due to its low elasticity, linen is prone to creases, impresses with a very high tear resistance.
