Comfortable sitting and lying – our foam ensures an optimal sitting or lying feeling thanks to its special texture and is perfect for the padding of many seating or lying elements. Durable and dimensionally stable – the density of the foam is 36 kg/cbm and testifies to a high quality and durability. The strength with the compression hardness of 4.5 kPa is classified as medium firm. Versatile: the foam can be used as a seat cushion for chairs or benches, upholstery for caravans or pallet furniture, mattress for boat or motorhome or for craft or DIY projects. The foam can be cut up to a thickness of 2 cm with scissors. From 3-6 cm, you can use a cutter or a sharp kitchen knife. With an electronic kitchen knife, all thicknesses can be processed very well. What does RG 36/45 mean? : The density (first number) or volume weight of the foam (kilograms per cubic metre) shows the durability of the foam quality: the heavier the foam, the longer it retains its specific properties. For example, B. a plate 100 x 100 x 10 cm = 0.1 m³ x 36 = a weight of 3.6 kg. This means that the higher this number, the higher and more durable the foam quality.
