CAST ALUMINIUM Low non-stick pan with a diameter of 28cm and height 7.5cm, made of cast aluminium. It offers an innovative and elegant design with a continuous outer coating in black and white stone look interior with high workmanship. They are lightweight but highly resistant to abrasion and scratches, ideal for everyday and intensive use. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY NONSTICKS QUANIUM NONSTICK COATING PAN: QuanTanium non-stick pan from PPG, an American company The controlled and safe manufacturing process results in a multi-layer non-stick coating reinforced with a unique blend of titanium particles that provides excellent scratch and abrasion resistance. Ideal for everyday and intensive use, and the granite effect gives a special design. Healthy cooking without PFOA: the titanium in the non-stick coating of our pots is not affected at high temperatures. It is free from PFOA, does not release toxic substances and changes the taste of the food. Allows you to cook with a minimum amount of oil or fat without the food sticking in one piece, promoting healthier and calorie-reduced cooking. Description: The multi-layer full induction base ensures that it heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, which allows efficient and perfect cooking even at medium outputs. Reduces overall cooking time, saving energy and money. Suitable for all types of cookers: the pot can be used on all types of cookers: glass ceramic, electric, gas and induction. Also oven-safe up to 230 °C always without lid and without silicone handles. We recommend using nylon or wood accessories only to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. It is dishwasher safe, although hand washing with liquid detergent and sponge is recommended to preserve its properties longer. GLASS & SILICONE LID Each pot has a tempered glass lid with steam valve that prevents overpressure. The silicone housing minimises heat loss and protects the pots from scratches. The silicone knob does not get hot when cooking. Using the lid when cooking saves time and energy as it helps maintain the temperature. It also facilitates the preservation of nutrients from food as no steam leaks and is boiled with less water. SILICONE HANDLES Includes a pair of removable insulated silicone handles that provide maximum heat protection when holding or moving the pots while cooking.
