Unique sharpness and quality from Bavarian hand: Our Damask kitchen knives are made of 67 layers of Damascus steel. Thanks to our innovative hardening process, the VG10 blade steel achieves a remarkable hardness of 62±2 HRC. This means that our Damascus knives hold their sharpness significantly longer than conventional kitchen knives. The long durability of sharpness is one of the main reasons for the high satisfaction of our customers. Each Damascus knife blade is hand ground to 15° and undergoes careful quality control in our headquarters at Rosenheim. Ergonomic design: our professional chef's knives are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also incredibly functional. The hand-sanded real wood handle made of Pakka wood is ergonomically shaped and thus brings the Damask utility knife in the hand to the perfect balance.
