The light sauce can be derived as a base or pure as a white sauce, Roux binding and an extra creamy consistency. The velouté goes perfectly with poultry, veal, vegetables, pasta and fish dishes. Sauces such as light pasta sauces or pepper sauces, for example with vegetable roasts, can also be made in no time. Preparation: For 1 litre of white sauce, stir 120 g dry mix in cold, warm or boiling water and approx. Simmer for 2 minutes. The base can also be used for refining dishes such as beef brisket with leek sauce, cabbage vegetables and spring herbs. Special labelling and cost forms. No additives subject to declaration, vegetarian, alcohol-free. o.d.Z. No additives flavour enhancers, colours and preservatives, sulphite compounds, antioxidants and sweeteners with effect in the prepared final product, i.e. in Germany: no declaration obligation on menus. Ingredients Ingredients: palm oil, wheat flour, maltodextrin, 9% melting case (case, whey products), starch, modified starch, table salt, milk sugar, yeast extract, milk protein, iodized salt, onions, acidifier (citric acid), sugar, flavours (with milk).
