Roasted sesame oil – our sesame oil is gently cold pressed from mildly roasted organic sesame seeds. The oil comes from 100% controlled organic production and is characterised by its intense taste and scent of sesame. Production – thanks to a special roasting technique, the characteristic taste and fragrance is retained without losing valuable ingredients. With a proportion of at least 50% of virgin sesame oil, it has a mild roasted taste that makes it unique. Versatile use: the cold-pressed sesame oil is ideal for short frying of e.g. vegetables and tofu and gives Asian dishes a typical, strong taste. Even in cold dishes, such as salad dressings, it harmonises perfectly. Our tips – our sesame oil can be used at temperatures up to 180°C for short frying.
