The puree tastes like it had just been mashed from fresh potatoes - just like homemade! The mashed potatoes are particularly popular with the little ones, but also let the big ones indulge in childhood memories - because mashed potatoes are a traditional potato dish. A timeless classic. And that tastes like home. The Pfanni mashed potatoes are always excellent and taste like handmade. This is especially due to the German potatoes, which are sustainably grown by our contract farmers and gently processed into puree. This is quality you taste! Quick and easy preparation: 1. Boil: Boil 250 ml of water with half a teaspoon of salt. 2. Stir, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the puree flakes with a spoon. So that the puree really tastes like freshly mashed, stir only a little. 3. Wait: add 10g margarine or butter to the puree (do not stir) and let stand for 1-2 minutes. 4. Serve: add 75 ml of cold milk, stir briefly (as little as possible) and serve. Bon Appetit!
