Organic certified: our Kombucha Pliz is made only from organic ingredients, no unnecessary additives, only pure taste. We produce 100% transparent for you and the environment. Always fresh: since we always brew our kombucha fresh in our own brewery, our SCOBY is always fresh and of controlled, highest organic quality. With this starter culture and the included Kombucha mushroom, you can brew delicious kombucha at home and forever if you take care of the culture well. Lovingly handmade: our Kombucha is high-quality and hand-brewed organic kombucha in our Berlin brewery. Naturally delicious, it consists of high-quality and selected teas, which we prepare for you with a lot of love. We clarify: Under SCOBY, most people imagine the round Kombucha tea mushroom. SCOBY stands for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast and is therefore the liquid starter culture in which all microorganisms live. The so-called Kombucha tea mushroom (cellulose) is only a by-product and not absolutely necessary for successful fermentation. Our included mushroom becomes stronger and thicker from time to time and serves as a natural protection system. Economical: with our SCOBY you can brew 2.4 - 4.8 litres of Kombucha. If you use the entire bag contents as a 20% starter liquid, you can brew 2.4 litres of Kombucha and fermentation will certainly succeed optimally. If you already have experience with the Kombucha brew, you can use the bag contents as a 10% starter liquid and thus brew up to 4.8 litres of Kombucha with the same amount of SCOBY. Best results: The best results in fermentation can be achieved by thoroughly cleaning all utensils (e.g. the glass in which you put the kombucha) thoroughly.
