Product description Product description To refine your cakes, fruit cakes, tarts and tarts, we recommend the Komet cake casting colourless. Quick and easy to prepare, the comet base mixture results in a clear cast, which after approx. 4-hour cooling time is wonderfully cut-resistant. Contents: 16 g for 3/8 litre (375 ml) of water. You can add: 375 ml of water or fruit juice, 45 g sugar. Preparation cake ring around the prepared cake base. From 3/8 litres (375 ml) of water or fruit juice approx. Put half in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, bag contents and 2 tablespoons of sugar (approx. 45 g) and dissolve (please use spoon). Add remaining amount of liquid. In a very cold water bath (possibly multiple water changes) until the cake casting begins to gel strongly. Stir more often.
