Special care for very dry skin: Balneum Hermal F is a greasy medical oil bath for the supportive treatment of skin conditions with very dry, flaky and itchy skin. Stabilises the hydro-lipid system: the oil bath regulates the moisture content of the skin with peanut oil and supports the restoration of the natural skin barrier function. Support for skin diseases: Balneum Hermal F nourishes very dry and itchy skin such as eczema, chronic eczema or psoriasis. Also suitable for babies and children. Individual use: Balneum Hermal F can be used as a full bath, partial bath or for showering and thus provides sensitive, dry skin with a nourishing lipid film. Tip for use: the bath water temperature should not exceed 36 °C, as the greasy effect slowly decreases at higher temperatures.
