With this BBQNOVATION rotisserie ring, you can turn your ceramic grill large into an even more versatile device. And this ring is also made of cast aluminium so completely made of 1 piece. This has the advantage that the fit never deviates and no gaps can occur. The ring is also much lighter and therefore easier to handle as it is made of aluminium. Superior quality: skewer and meat hooks made of stainless steel. When designing this ring, we deliberately refrained from providing a handle, otherwise an additional opening would have to be inserted into the ring, which would lose valuable heat and which would make it much more difficult to keep your Kamado at the right temperature. Thanks to the wedge shape specially developed for a kamado, the heat is perfectly held in your kamado and the meat or fish cooked in its own juice. Self-stewing, as the English say. Your chicken or other delicacies will cook much more evenly and thanks to the juices/fats that spin around the meat, you will get a much tastier and crispier exterior. Suitable for large kamados with an inner diameter of +/- 46 cm such as Big Green Egg Large, Kamado Joe Classic Large, Patten Kamado Large, Auplex Kamado Large, Monolith Classic Large, Grill Guru Kamado Large, Saffire Kamado Large and others.
