Pasta Machine: Othello is the limited edition pasta maker that celebrates the original project of the founder of the MARCATO company, reproposing the historic design with modern technologies, high-quality materials and exclusive finishes. 3 Kinds of Dough Included The 7-level regulator allows you to create a dough of different thicknesses that is suitable for many dough formats. In addition to the possibility of making lasagna with a maximum width of 150 mm, this machine is already equipped with tools for fettuccine of 6.5 mm and tagliolini of 1.5 mm. WOOD AND ALUMINIUM The bases and handles of the handle are made of solid wenge wood treated with natural oil to increase strength and durability. The Otello frame is made of anodised aluminium. Alternative uses: Othello can be used to make some bakeries such as piadina, Arabic bread or carasau bread. You can also prepare international dishes or desserts such as sugar paste, chat, strudel, hojarasca and baklava.
