A generous amount of flour not only prevents the dough from sticking to the mould, but also provides a beautiful pattern on the loaf. Rice flour and wheat flour are best. Use too much rather than too little. Excess flour can be easily wiped off with a pastry brush before baking. 2. Do not bake the bread in the bread mould. 3. You take the bread out of the proofing basket by turning it over and beating it with swing at a 30° angle on a corner. 5. The proofing basket does not need to be washed often. You can remove the flour with a stiff brush and then let the basket air dry completely before you clear it. However, you can clean it in lukewarm water if necessary and then let it dry in the oven at low temperature.
