Attachment set for universal power racks: It is a training equipment set that attaches to the power rack to achieve Smith Machine functions as a versatile training. You can do cable crossover, bench press, Smith deep squat and other exercise with our Smith machine attachment kit. 2 Gilders fits power rack cage: the 2 gold connectors are amied when installed on 2 racks for exercises and workouts. With 3 levels of screw setting, the 2 gliders are compatible with almost universal power rack such as 2 x 2 inches / 3 inches x 3 inches / 2.37 inches x 2.37 inches / 75 x 75 mm 2 short bars for 2 inch weight plate: each glider comes with a dia 50 mm bar for the installation of weight plate 2 inch max load 175 lbs (one side). Double side load 350 lbs. You can do strength training such as bench press up and down. Also for adjusting the Olympic dumbbell: the 2 bars come with gold plated can be released and you can install Olympic dumbbells within dialmeter 28 mm - 50 mm to gliders for more exercises and strength training such as Smith Deep Squat. In the package, it contains 2 x Smith machine gliders, 2 x diameter 50 mm bars, 2 x Smith hooks, 2 x suspension pins. Cable crossover set: you can perform cable crossover exercises with this attachment set. Each flying bird handle is connected to 1 wire rope and 1 pulley, the other end of the wire rope is connected to the weight plate, which is connected to the glider (with 1 carabiner hook). Then the rope pulley is hung with 1 carabiner hook at the highest position of the power rack. Can it with a one attached red pen with 1 carabiner hook.
