Directions You will still need: for the dough: 100 g soft butter 1 egg (size M) for the filling: approx. 1 kg apples 500 ml water For the cream: 250 g cold cream Preparation: Prepare dough: Put the baking mix, soft butter and the egg in a mixing bowl and use an electric hand mixer (dough hook) to make a dough. Place the dough in a springform pan (diameter 26 cm) lined with baking paper, press on the base and edge so that an approx. 2 cm high edge. Prepare filling and baking: wash, peel, core and cut the apples into small pieces. Cream powder with approx. 5 tablespoons of water. Bring the remaining water to a boil and add the stirred cream powder, stirring constantly, and let it boil briefly. Stir in the apple pieces. Put the apple mass into the springform pan and smooth out. Bake the cake on medium rack in the preheated oven. Cool and garnish: after baking, the cake approx. Leave to cool in the mould for 2 hours and then remove from the mould. Whip cold cream until stiff, brush the cake with the cream and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Top/bottom heat: approx. 175 °C. Air circulation: approx. 150 °C.
